A Los Angeles glass installer, focused on the details

LA Glass designs and installs custom shower enclosures, shower doors, glass railings, and architectural glass throughout the Los Angeles area.

Who we are

Experience you can measure

LA Glass is a custom glass installation company serving the Los Angeles area. With 15+ years of experience and 2,500+ completed projects, the work spans frameless shower enclosures, shower doors, glass railings, and other custom glass installations for homes and businesses.

The approach is the same on every project: measure the space precisely, plan the glass and hardware around it, and install clean. LA Glass is insured and provides free estimates.

Most of the work is residential — bathrooms being remodelled, staircases being opened up, spaces being brought up to date. The projects in the gallery are all real installations, photographed on site rather than staged.

How we work

The standards behind every install

Custom glass is unforgiving of shortcuts. These are the habits that show up in the finished edge.

  1. Accurate measurements

Every project begins with precise field measurements. Glass is fabricated to the space, so panels, doors, and railings fit the way they should. Rooms are rarely square and walls are rarely plumb — measuring on site is what accounts for that.

  2. Careful installation and alignment

Hinges, channels, standoffs, and handles are set with attention to level, plumb, and even reveals — the details that separate a clean install from an average one.

  3. Clean, finished results

The goal on every job is a finished result that looks intentional: tidy edges, aligned hardware, and glass that sits true in the opening.

  4. Dependable hardware

Hardware and finishes are chosen to suit each project, from matte black and chrome to brushed nickel and brass, and installed to hold up to daily use.

  5. Clear communication

Straightforward updates from the first message through installation, so you always know what happens next.

Four steps, and you always know which one you are in.

Installation process

  1. Share your project

Send basic project information, approximate dimensions when available, your location, and helpful photos. Photos of the full room are more useful than close-ups — they show how the glass meets the walls, floor, and any fixtures.

  2. Review and estimate

LA Glass reviews the details and follows up for anything needed to prepare your free estimate. If something about the space changes the approach, you hear about it now rather than on installation day.

  3. Measure and plan

Precise field measurements and project details are confirmed before fabrication or installation. Walls are rarely perfectly plumb, which is exactly why measuring on site matters more than measuring off a drawing.

  4. Install

The glass and hardware are installed according to the approved project scope, with the work area left clean.
